Looking around outside these days, it appears as though our land is waking up after its long, cold nap.

Dandelion, of course.

I have no idea what kind of bush this is, but it has pretty reddish pink buds right now, and berries in the fall.  Very interesting looking.

Thistle - doesn't it look like a green snowflake?
